Nice that the delivery service is offered BUT completely cold food + an item in the order is completely missing? I can't be reached by phone, I think it's a cheek.

Throwing a pregnant woman out of the shop with a mask exemption because she has to Pippi but has no change for the toilet door is simply without words. I even put on a mask although I don't have to. Forgot cell phone on table, called a short time later. Allegedly, the employee who was putting away the trays saw nothing. Even if it has nothing to do with the food, for me it says something about the service ..

At this Corona time the MC DONALDS was way too full! The locked tables were simply occupied and the staff just took it! I only give the 2 stars because of the data recording and the delivery service to the table!

Although friendly, there are still two points deducted, as I have a certificate stating that I do not have to wear a mask because of my lung disease, but this was not recognized. Place an order in the Drive In and receive completely wrong goods. Fortunately, I noticed it early enough and was able to give the food back.

I will not talk anything about the food. But the place is huge,nice to have conversations with friends here. The minus thing here only if you go here by public transportation it could be little bit difficult

Rude staff in drive through. Asked for lactose free white chocolate, (wasn't lactose free, as I found out afterwards) I asked the woman to be sure but she just rudely told me yes. Didn't give me a receipt either (even though that is German law)

It's clean and they got a very good control over the huge crowd what has been in today. Just waited the regular time anyway.

Paid 2.59euro for this is a real joke ? It's bad enough that half of the order was missing or not understood because the staff couldn't speak German properly. The branches of Eckstein are really constantly down.
